Martin has long been renowned for its ukuleles, but this is the first uke they've offered in the X-Series. The Soprano-size body is fashioned from HPL (high pressure wood laminate) in a Koa-like finish as is the one-piece top. Features include Sitka spruce bracing, Mahogany end blocks and bridgeplate, cedar ribbons, Morado bridge, bone nut and saddle, Grover tuning machines, and a dove tail joint similar to that used in traditional Martin uke construction. With its strong Stratabond neck and durable HPL body, the OXK-Uke is perfect for moonlight serenading on the beach. Comes with a handy carrying bag, too. Aloha. >More
These C1K concert and TIK tenor models feature tops, back, sides and headplates of solid Hawaiian Koa, a wood native to Hawaii and a favorite of island players. Both ukes feature solid Sitka braces, genuine mahogany blocks, and applied dovetail neck joints in the Martin tradition. >More
Luna's 23-inch High-Tide Concert Ukulele takes its inspiration from the full moon at the first fret which causes the abalone wave fret markers below it to "rise" as they make their way up the fretboard towards the moon's pull. The high tide series is crafted from exotic tropical hardwoods, and the Luna "full moon" sticker inside the sound hole is framed by an abalone ring. >More
